Who’s behind Reva
Pratik Jain grew up around his family’s jewellery businesses. Reva comes from that connection to the trade: an AI workspace built around the conversations, orders and follow-ups that keep a jewellery business moving.
Before Reva, he built software at Amazon across AWS Marketplace, Alexa and SageMaker Unified Studio, then worked on production AI agents at HOAi. That experience shapes how Reva is built: practical workflows, clear sources and answers a business can check.
A conversation should be the start of the work. Not the end.
A customer asks about a design. Someone promises a delivery date. A karigar sends an update. The information is there, but it is spread across chats, calls, files and people. Finding out what happens next becomes another job for the owner.
We’re building Reva to keep that work connected. Requests stay with their context. Tasks have a responsible person or department. Register stages carry the next job forward. Your team can work with Reva on WhatsApp, while the web workspace gives you a place to see the wider picture.
