About Reva deletion requests

A request under this page concerns Reva data. It does not automatically request deletion from every other product or service operated by Ritava Labs LLC.

A business customer may control some records processed through Reva. In those cases, an individual may need to contact the relevant business directly.

1. Disconnecting Meta or WhatsApp

An authorized administrator may remove Reva's access through applicable Meta business settings, Facebook app and business-integration settings, WhatsApp Business settings, or Reva integration controls where available. Interface names and locations may change over time.

Disconnecting generally stops future access through the integration. It may not automatically delete information that Reva previously processed or retained.

2. Submit a Reva deletion request

Email support@ritavalabs.com with the subject Reva Data Deletion Request. Include:

• Your full name.
• Your business name and business email address.
• Relevant Reva account information.
• The relevant phone number.
• The WhatsApp Business Account ID, if known.
• The Meta Business Portfolio ID, if known.
• The Meta app-scoped user ID, if known.
• A description of the information to be deleted.
• Whether you are acting personally or for a business.
• Proof of authority where you act for a business.

Protect sensitive information. Do not email passwords, API keys, full payment-card details, access tokens, or sensitive identity documents unless Ritava Labs LLC provides a secure method and specifically requests them.

3. Verification

Before acting, Ritava Labs LLC may verify the requester's identity, authority, account ownership, business relationship, and scope of the request. Additional information may be requested through an appropriate secure method when necessary.

4. Business-controlled records

Reva often processes information on behalf of a business customer. That business may be responsible for responding to its own customer or employee. Ritava Labs LLC may refer the requester to that business or coordinate with it.

Ritava Labs LLC will not delete records that another customer is legally entitled or obligated to retain without proper authorization.

5. Early-access requests

If you asked for early access from this website, Ritava Labs LLC holds the email address you submitted and the date you submitted it, and uses it only to contact you about early access. It is not a business-controlled record and nothing above needs to apply to it.

Email the address in the contact section below and ask to be removed from the early-access list. No verification is required, because the request removes only the address it comes from.

6. What happens after submission

Ritava Labs LLC will acknowledge the request within a reasonable time and review the request, relevant customer agreement, technical systems, and legal obligations. Eligible information may be deleted, anonymized, restricted, returned, or disconnected.

Ritava Labs LLC may retain information required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, contractual obligations, disputes, backups, or recordkeeping. The requester will be informed when the request is completed or when more information is needed.

We aim to complete verified requests within the period required by applicable law and relevant contractual obligations.

7. Effect of deletion

Depending on the scope, deletion may:

• Remove or limit Reva account access.
• Break Meta, WhatsApp, or other integrations.
• Remove conversation history or relationship records.
• Prevent recovery of deleted information.
• Affect the business customer's records and workflows.

Ritava Labs LLC may explain material effects before completing a verified request when another authorized user or business workflow may be affected.
