Setting up
- Create a departmentA department is who answers a WhatsApp number. Reva asks for one during setup, and you can add more at any time.
- Connect your WhatsApp numberThe longest part of setting up, because half of it happens on Meta's side. Two of its choices cannot be taken back.
- Add someone to your teamInvite a colleague by email. The invitation creates their account, and the link signs them in.
- Put someone in a departmentA department decides which numbers somebody can open. This is the only thing that grants that reach.
Using Reva
- What Reva is forOne workspace for the conversations your business already has, so what your team knows stops living in individual phones.
- How replies workWhatsApp allows a free reply for 24 hours after a customer writes to you. After that you need an approved template.
- The InboxEvery WhatsApp conversation from every number you connect, in one list. Reply from the shop's number, or leave your team a note.
- CallsPut a phone call on the record in seconds: record it, upload the recording, or type what was agreed. Reva writes it up and finds the work in it.
- WorkEverything that needs doing, and who has it. Reva suggests work from your chats and calls; a suggestion becomes work when someone accepts it.
- RegistersYour order book, with a number on every entry and a team on every stage. Reva fills it in from WhatsApp for you to approve.
- Waiting for youBefore Reva builds a register, moves an entry, or adds one it found in a chat, it asks first. Every card waiting on your approval, in one place.
- Ask RevaThe assistant that has read your chats, calls, work and registers. What it can answer, the documents it reads, and what it can do for you.
- Contacts and firmsEveryone who messages or calls your numbers, and the businesses they buy for, and who can see their details.
- KnowledgeWhat you have taught Reva: the way you want things done, the rules it follows, and how to schedule a morning brief.
