Knowledge
What you have taught Reva: the way you want things done, the rules it follows, and how to schedule a morning brief.
Knowledge is what you have taught Reva about how your business works: the way you want things done, the rules it follows, and your business itself.
Where it is
- On the web: What Reva knows under Reva's setup in the left rail.
- On the phone: open the list in the dock and choose Knowledge. On the phone it is read only; change things on the web.

Playbook
A playbook entry is a method: what it is for, when it comes up, what holds every time, and how you know it worked. When you ask Reva something the method covers, Reva follows it. Writing a method does not make it run on its own; for that, it needs a schedule (below).
Add one by telling Reva how you handle something, in your own words; Reva writes it up for you to check. Methods Reva ships with are marked Written by Reva.
Rules
Rules are short, standing instructions, like "never quote a rate without today's gold price". Reva proposes rules it notices, and follows them once you confirm.
Business
Your business profile: what you make and sell, who you sell to, the languages you work in. Reva reads it before answering. On the web it lives in Settings.
The morning brief
The morning brief is a playbook: one short read of what changed since yesterday, work that is late, customers waiting on a reply, and what you promised on calls. Ask Reva for it any time.
To have it waiting every morning, the owner schedules it, for example daily at 8:00 AM (see below). Each run arrives as a notification, Reva finished "Morning brief · scheduled", and opens in Ask Reva.
Scheduling a playbook
On the web, open a playbook and choose Schedule to run it by itself every day or every week, at the time you choose. You can pause, resume or delete a schedule there. Schedules are for the owner.
