What Reva is for
One workspace for the conversations your business already has, so what your team knows stops living in individual phones.
Reva is one workspace for the conversations a jewellery business already has — WhatsApp chats, phone calls, and the notes people take about customers — so the things your team knows stop living in individual phones.
The problem it is built for
In most jewellery businesses the customer relationship sits in somebody's personal WhatsApp. The person who took the order knows what was promised. The person who answers next week does not.
When that person is out, on leave, or leaves the business, the relationship goes with them. Nobody can answer "what did we agree?" without asking them.
What Reva does about it
Customer conversations arrive on a business number, not a personal one. The chat belongs to the shop. Anybody in the right department can pick it up and see the whole history.
Calls are recorded and summarised, so what was agreed on the phone is written down rather than remembered.
What a customer is owed, promised, or waiting for becomes work, visible to whoever is covering — not a note in one person's head.
You can ask questions across all of it. Not "search my messages" but "what did we quote Hiren for the bridal set, and did it ship?"
What it is not
It is not a replacement for your billing or inventory system. Those stay authoritative for what they own — Reva reads selected records from them so a conversation has the order in front of it, and does not try to become the system of record for stock or accounts.
It is not a broadcast tool. WhatsApp's rules about messaging people who have not written to you are strict, and Reva follows them.
Who does what
The owner or a manager sets up numbers, decides which department answers which number, and sees everything.
Everyone else sees the numbers they are on. A salesperson opens the sales conversations; somebody in accounts opens the payment ones. That boundary is the department, and it is deliberate — not everyone should see every customer.
Where to start
Create a department, connect the number your customers already message, and put the people who answer it in that department. Everything else follows from that.
