Waiting for you

Before Reva builds a register, moves an entry, or adds one it found in a chat, it asks first. Every card waiting on your approval, in one place.

Anything Reva will not do without a person waits in one list: Needs you. A reply it drafted for a customer, a batch of replies, a register it designed, an entry it found in a chat, a task it thinks is done, a change to a Notebook page, a new person from a call, and a question it asked you. Each one is decided right there.

Where it is

  • On the web: at the top of Tasks, above the task list, and in the bell's Needs you tab. They are the same list: decide something in one and it is gone from the other.
  • On the phone app: the cards still show under Proposals in the dock for now.

You see what is yours to decide. Owners and admins also see the cards, call reviews, Notebook changes and house rules.

What each row asks

Each row starts with who or what it is about, the customer, the firm or the register, and then what is waiting. For example:

  • A reply ready to send. Send sends it as it is. "Sent" shows for a few seconds with Undo and the whole reply; until then nothing has gone to the customer. Edit puts it in the chat's composer to change first. A reply Reva could not finish, or one for a customer who has not written in the last 24 hours, only offers Edit.
  • A batch of replies. Review opens the Ask Reva chat, where you can take customers out before you approve it. Stop cancels it.
  • A new person from a call. Open shows who they might be, to link to an existing contact or add as new. Ignore if it is nobody.
  • A register card, such as new entries for Orders from a WhatsApp order, or an entry to move to its next stage. Approve or Reject.
  • A task Reva thinks is done. Close it or Not done.
  • A question Reva asked on work you handed her. Answer right in the row.

What you tell Reva to do yourself is different: work you ask it to create or change, and an entry or value you tell it to record, are applied directly, as you. See Ask Reva.

Good to know

Nothing in Needs you happens until a person decides it. A register card expires a day after Reva makes it, and an expired card can no longer be approved: ask Reva again if you still want the change. A reply draft goes out of date the moment a new message arrives in that chat, and an out-of-date draft is never sent.
